Klaus, his life
Already in school Klaus was fascinated by art and art history. He decorated the classroom and the rooms of colleagues in the dormitory with posters, not always to the liking of the teachers. During his studies at the TU Vienna (Physics, Mechanical Engineering) he commented the life of the institute where he was working as an assistant professor with cartoons. Over four years the collection grew to about 400 pages and carried the title “Ironicles of Current Events”. He worked during his education in Switzerland, studied for a year at the Russian Lomonosov State University in Moscow. His bread winning job saw him in the Oil &Gas industry. This included volunteering as Regional Director for the Society of Petroelum Engineers, where he commented events with cartoons.
Since 2003 Klaus took courses at the Kunsthaus of Inna Pavlecka-Tumarkin in the surroundings of Vienna and the Kunstfabrik in Vienna. He also was part of local exhibitions.
His art styles: water color, pencil, color pencils, pastel, acryl, photography

Klaus, some thoughts
Isn’t our world beautiful? What do we make out of it? We pretend it belongs to us, but we are only renters, who move in and out. We do not even pay rent. We forget that he exists. One day there will be pay day but then we can only pay with our faith
Life and death repeat themselves. The preacher Solomon tried once to understand the meaning of life. He discerned circles of life, futilities and vanities. In spite of that he found joy in life – “la vita e bella”. His conclusion: Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.
